Step 1: Select the product

– Click on “Shop Online” to select the product.

– Use the product classification and price features to find the product faster.

Step 2: Decide to place an online order

View the product details by clicking on it. You can also select the product classification by weight and click the “Add to Cart” button.

Click on the “Cart” icon in the top right corner of the screen to view the cart or the “Order” icon in the product details.

Step 3: Update the shopping cart

– Select the products you want to buy

– Click the “Delete” icon on the right to remove that product from the cart.

– Select “Continue Shopping” to add more products to the cart.

– Select “Update Cart” to finalise and know the total cart value.

– “Proceed to Checkout” when you have completed the selection and ordering to move to the next step.

Step 4: Confirm the order.

– The complete order will display all the information about the selected products, product codes, and the total order value. If you have any notes about the order or shipping, please write them down for us. After completing the order, please check your email for the “Order Confirmation” from Tam Trinh Coffee.

Please provide complete contact information so that Tam Trinh Coffee Import and Export Company Limited can conveniently contact you and send order confirmation notifications as well as assist you during the ordering process.

Step 5: Complete the order placement

When you select “Complete Order”, the order information has been sent to the website administration. Within 24 hours, we will send an email and contact you by phone to confirm the order and shipping fees (except for holidays and Tet).
