1. PRESERVING SUSTAINABLE VALUE FROM GROWING AREAS

With the goal of quality control right from the source, we have continuously built close relationships with farmers, linking with over 600 farming households in Lam Dong province to ensure unquestionable quality starting from the seed selection stage, contributing to increasing farmers’ income by 10%–30%.

Organizing training programs, workshops, and inspections helps farmers enhance their skills in sustainable coffee cultivation, saving 40% of irrigation water each year, protecting our green planet, and ensuring a sustainable future. Coffee at Tám Trình Coffee is certified for sustainable production by global organizations such as 4C, UTZ, and RA.

2. ENSURING THE VALUE OF COFFEE BEANS IN PRODUCTION

Tám Trình Coffee is always harvested using the “selective picking” method, requiring skilled and meticulous harvesters to choose coffee cherries at the appropriate ripeness. Fully ripe coffee cherries deliver the ideal sugar content after processing using methods such as Natural (Dry) processing, Full Washed, and Honey Processing, aiming to maximize the distinctive flavors of coffee.

The Tám Trình Coffee factory and storage facility are located in Nam Ban, Lam Dong, with a large capacity and modern machinery to ensure the integrity and quality of coffee beans.

4. SUSTAINABILITY IN EVERY ROAST WITH LOVING CARE

With the skillful hands and passion of our coffee roasting artisans at Tám Trình Coffee, combined with “Exquisite roasting techniques” executed by advanced roasting machines, each coffee bean dons its characteristic brown coat, exuding an enticing aroma and a sweet, flavorful taste. The roasted coffee is then transferred to sealed containers and stored for approximately ten days to develop its maximum flavor.
